Microsoft PowerApps We have a development team who specialise in SharePoint based applications. This resolves the security considerations and provides great integration between the different products such as Word, Outlook and SharePoint. Our time tracker helps those who need to meet their regulatory time quota, and in addition aids companies in directing staff to carry out relevant training.
Absence Reporting
Holiday requests are a simple to automate process via email and SharePoint lists. This in turn updates a central calendar and holidays are then easy to keep a track of. The system is triggered by an email to an authoriser who approves or denies the request. This returns an email and informs the staff member. The central calendar is updated and the staff holiday allowance is adjusted.
Template Automation
SharePoint libraries include the ability to add extra tags or metadata to a document. We provide a forms entry and automation system
to enable quick, easy and accurate data entry for word documents. This is ideal if you are regularly producing the same documents for different clients.
We have provided one customer with over 200 template documents and varied entry screens to save hours of time.
Photo Uploader
We work with a lot of property companies and they often have to save photos of their properties during a visit or as part of an inspection.
We have built an app that sits on the phone and auto uploads photos to the relevant document image library for the property.
