Reporting on SharePoint
Our work with government finance provider Salix Finance saw us automate their document management processes, migrating them from a time-intensive paper-based system to efficient, fully accessible, cloud storage. It coincided with the global move to home working, and by implementing both SharePoint and Power Automate, we delivered a streamlined system with a greatly enhanced user experience they consider to be “highly effective”.

Long-established property loans company, the Alternative Bridging Corporation, came to us to help improve their financial reporting which was Excel-based, static and limited in terms of the performance insight it provided.
They wanted an interactive system that would focus on income generation rather than cost control and capable of assisting the business development team with identifying growth opportunities.
Our system integrated the Microsoft apps Dynamics, SharePoint, PowerBI and Power Automate and addressed the needs of CRM, loan management and financial reporting. It also made it possible to generate reports that use KPIs to ensure company targets are met and provide an in-depth view of sales performance that: “not only look good but provide really relevant insights into how we are performing.”
An excellent account
Accountancy practice, Shipleys, wanted us to deliver enhanced workflow efficiencies by integrating with its existing system to support internal and client-related document management. Working with SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate, we dove-tailed with Shipley’s time billing system Practice Engine, taking it into the cloud whilst maintaining its integrity and established functionality.
Our system succeeded in lowering costs and improving performance by automating workflows and processes including folder creation, template populating and employee tagging.
It was an unusual challenge which says Shipley: “all ran on time and to budget which was especially impressive given it was all done remotely”.
