We are talking huge improvements in communications and reporting, and in the management of their data. Here is what we did – and why – in no particular order!

Our client lacked a centralised tenant communications system which meant tracking correspondence or sharing information was inefficient and inconsistent. Emails, attachments, and updates for example were scattered making it difficult to keep records aligned or monitor follow-up actions.
Our approach was to develop a bespoke system using Microsoft’s Power Apps and SharePoint, creating a secure hub for managing all tenant interactions.
We focused on giving users exactly what they needed, without overcomplicating things. Power App allows quick creation and logging of correspondence, while SharePoint ensures all files are stored safely and accessibly.

2. 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆.
Hibernia REG’s approach to tracking occupancy data was decidedly outdated and relied on complex Excel spreadsheets which were time-consuming and prone to error.
Using the Power Platform, we replaced their manual workload with a fully integrated system combining Power Automate for data loading, Power Apps for input, SharePoint for storage and Power BI for real-time insight.
Reporting, which previously required several days, is now instantaneous, complemented by real-time dashboards that showcase patterns and irregularities in building occupancy.
The integration means data can now flow seamlessly between systems, with built-in accuracy checks and instant visual insights.

Our help was needed to better manage Hibernia REG’s EHS processes as their disjointed system made it difficult to keep incident records consistent, ensure compliance, or find key documents quickly.
Using SharePoint as the foundation, our solution automated workflows, reorganised file storage, built secure document libraries, and introduced live data lists integrated with their existing systems.
The result has been game changing by making compliance effortless, documentation more transparent, and data easier to manage. It was even praised by BSI Group auditors as “the best EHS system they’d seen on SharePoint.”
